Witnesses Ante Markov and Ivo Sanader
To law charges against the state, for illegal manipulations I was exposed to by POA, I will enclose also names of witnesse Ante Markov, parliamentary representative of HSS and Prime Minister, Ivo Sanader.
I will suggest Markov because of this statement:

I’m not in conntact with general, but I can confirm that Croatian secret services are, said in brief conversation after press conference Ante Markov.
Namely, Franjo Turek, at that time chief of POA, was signing operative reports, analysing my texts about Gotovina, claiming that it was uncorrect and that I work against interests of Croatia. Turek was sending those reports to Ante Markov, and who, besides he knew for conntacts of Ante Gotovina and Croatian secret services, as he said to Sinisa Klarica, allowed Turek’s further manipulation over me and accusations that I work against interests of Croatia. If yet Turek would say that interest of Croatia was that «our secret services are in conntact with Gotovina», I would confess that I have worked against such state interest.
Recently to public was showed Turek’s letter to Council for internal politics and national sacurity, addressed to President of Council, Ivan Jarnjak, in which he complainted on conclusions of Council which was founded in case of five journalists. Turek claims that with all his work was familiar Prime Minister Sanader, who after Presentation about «enemy activities of journalists and former chief of police, Ranko Ostojic», appreoved warrant for doing such new measures of secret surveillance of POA over Ostojic.
Turek publicly confirmed that quotations published in medias from his letter to Ivan Jarnjak, were accurate.
Because of that I’m more convinced that Prime Minister Ivo Sanader was very familiar with Turek’s jobs on protection of Ante Gotovina and accusations of the journalists. Turek’s recent claims confirmed also statement of Dusan Miljus, editor in Jutarnji list, gave to Boris Pavelic for Novi list:

HDZ had materials of POA even in December 2003?
«We have the tape of your conversations with chief of the police, Ranko Ostojic», threatened to Dusan Miljus, journalist of Vecernji list in December 2003 spokesman of HDZ, Ratko Macek.
ZAGREB – «We have on tape your conversations with chief of police, Ranko Ostojic, and you give greetings to Zinka Bardic and journalist of Jutarnji list, Ivanka Toma, because you are all members of one group»-that in December 2003., in time between elections and taking over the ruling, to journalist of Vecernji list, Dusan Miljus, said at that time spokesman of HDZ, Ratko Macek, who works today also as spokesman of Government of Ivo Sanader.
This is also proof that Ivo Sanader with illegal materials which he got from Franjo Turek (maybe even before the elections) intented in Miljus’s case, through his subordinated spokesman, Ratko Macek, tried even to blackmail the journalists.
I tried to settle with Government, because POA violated and still do, my human rights. It didn’t work out. In the name of Government, County state attorney’s office denied my suggestion as unfounded. Now Prime Minister Ivo Sanader will get an opportunity to explain on court his role in violation of human rights of journalists by POA.
