Letter for friends from exile

45Lines Ex Helvetia
Uploaded by 45lines. – News videos from around the world.

Dear friend

I will try to write to you as short as possible, because there are many new information. If something is unclear, please let me know, and I will explain it to you.

Yesterday we came back from our 2-week Croatian holiday to Switzerland. Our daughter is going to the kindergarden again. We are now here till the end of April, when there is again a 2 week holiday.

As I told you, I had a hearing at the court as former employee against Vjesnik because of an unfair dismissal. I hope to think that this trail could be settle down in the following year and very well for me. There is no possibility to I give the job back, because the newspaper Vjesnik is not anymore in possesion by the firm Vjesnik (the firm doesn’t hire journalists anymore), but I hope to get a financial compensation.

When we were in Zagreb, I got another warrant for the court. He had to come to the higher court because the state attorney (under Karamarko’s influence and demand to the court) has sent a claim regarding secrecy breach during the course of investigation.
All this is another way for Karamarko to oppress on me. The court should had dismissed the action regarding the false informations and now this action regarding secrecy breach). The hearing was postponed for the 22. of March, because I could not be in Zagreb 02.03. I had to drive my family to Switzerland.

I have no new information if the higher court set an verdict to the Karamarko against my case (for false accusations….). The district court dismissed Karamarkos action (for procedural reasons) and Karamarko to a higher court.

As you know, our new croatian president is Ivo Josipović. I am very dissapointed with his first moves. Half of the office is taken from the old president Mesic. The worse example is the old-new (same) position of Saa Perković. He has still his job as advisor for national security. Josipović explained this as follows: he claimed in public that Perković junior helped him during the presidental campaign to protect his security. Allegedly some ex spies made some files with various rumours and lies about the presidental candidates and sent these files to some newspapers and all the presidental candidate headquaters. But no newspapers published these files and there were no harm. But obviosly Josipović was the only candidate who asked directly Mesić for help and Mesić gave him Perković to solve the problem. The very famous and knwon professor arko Puhovski claims in an interview that Saa Perković infringe the law, because he is not allowed to help one of the candidate, he is not allowed to deal with information. But this is not the only sin of Saa Perković. I rember him in the Zagorac case (Zagorec is a war weapon smuggler who was accusated for stealing some diamonds), when Saa went to Vienna in 2007 (without the knowledge of the state attorney) and wanted to persuade Zagorec to come back to Croatia. He offered him privileges and no prosecution. Zagorec was enough smart to videotape this meeting together with the austrian police and austrian secret service. All the croatian news portals published this story. But the new international scandal is yet to come.

Father of Saa Perković is the famous Josip Perković, who is accused from the german authorities to be involved as a high represant of the communist police in a emigrant-murder of Stjepan Djureković in 1983.

The German authorities issues an european arrest warrant against Josip Perković. It will be interesting to see how Josipović will react if this warrant comes to Croatia.

In March 2008 I sent a petition to president Mesić, premier Sanader and to the president of parlament committee for national security, Ranko Ostojić, where he gave evidence that the croatian secret service (while Karamarko was its chief) not only iniciated my arrest but wrote on my blog under false names and wrote defamated textes, where they accused I to be responsable for Levar’s death. Nobody answered on my petition, and the Committee didn’t discused about the petition allthough it was its duty.

Dear friend, if you are still interested in my case, I beg you to contact the new president Josipović, the premier Kosor and the president of the parlament committe, Ranko Ostojić. You mentioned an open letter to Karamarko?!

If there will be no improvment for us, we will be forced to stay in Switzerland for another few years. I had received another anonymous calls (with threats as if you hear a knife rasping on metalground ) after he gave an interview to the Radio 101 about Perković and Josipović. There were three such calls, anonymous. About the old threats (on peratovic.blog.hr), I had notified the police in 2008, nobody from the police and the state attorney informed me if there are any news.

In April a freelance journalist Zeljko Peratovic received two death threats posted on his blog. One of the threats was investigated by the police and the State Prosecutor’s Office, but the results were not made public. It is alleged that the other death threat was not investigated.

Best regards,
eljko from Switzerland

Risiko-Blogger

Solidaritt geniet Zeljko Peratovic wenig.

Who does SOA blog?!

Now that I have seen what the CNN blog released, I have gone through the blog more carefully and come across some other, allegedly Agencys posts:

-eljko, what kind of intelligence underground are you talking about? When you write all sorts of nonsense and misinformation, then it is called professional journalism. When someone is critical and asks you for anything concerning your work as a journalist, then you say how that is exclusively to the order and in the production of the intelligence underground. Didnt Franjo Turek use the same terminology? Didnt he name certain Croatian journalists intelligence underground? It seems that you have yet another point of reference.

As far as my assertion (indicating you and (let me use your jargon) Daddy Manolić operating together) is concerned, it seems you havent overworked yourself to deny that. The fact is you cant deny it because one just has to read your texts and comments.

Now that you have forced me to speak, I will point to one more specualtion that is being talked about in Gospić and Rijeka. The story says that, at some time, you used to inform some unsavory characters on late Levars movement (the same Levar you feel so protective about now and about whom you have already written War and peace on your Internet pages). Naturally, you will say again that it is a classic example of intelligence undergorund set-up (30/1/2007; 21:20)

- for Kreo Bilan: If you agree with “eljkos information”, then why havent you brought chargesespecially since, as you have indicated yourself, the mechanisms of the rule of law dont function? As far as my anonymity is concerned, it is my discretional right. If writers can publish books using false names and pen names, then we can contribute our comments in the same way. 31/1/2007, (14:17)

“aleluja” in comments on post “Spies rushed on to blog” on 45 lines

I have been repeatedly warning the public and authorities that the SOA director Tomislav Karamarko was obstructing Milan Levars murder investigation. Then, in order to turn attention from the topic, the Agency accused me of snitching Levar to unsavory characters. What is it: protection of national interests or protection of killers?!

-Peratović, or I should call you AGENT “PUNIA” (the spy name Turek gave you), how much does your integrity cost? Is it HRK1, 000 a month plus bonus per every quality information? Still, the price is irrelevant- what matters is integrity.

Tell me, will you be able to look ĐURĐA ADLEIĆ square in the eye since you told Turek that her lover was SIS member Josip Trogrlić. Moreover, you said that she was so much in love with him that she told him the most confidential information she knew as (then) the chief of the parliamentary Board for national security?

Greetings to aleluja, he is on a good track, let him just keep digging on hypocrite eljko Peratović!

“Kriar”, 1/2/2007, 08:08, in comment on post “Soa case of Nenada Vukman, member of the Council for the civil supervision of secret services”

Hm, you should remember what Mesić-Karamarkos Nacional published after my arrest:

BLOGGER PUNIA BROUGHT IN FOR QUESTIONING

eljko Peratović started and ended his journalists career in Vjesnik. He also wrote for a number of newspapers, including Nacional where he worked shortly. Some secret services considered him their associate while his code name in POA records was ‘Punia’

Berislav Jelinić, Nacional, 22/10/007.

Who briefed “Nacional” on how to discredit me? Was it the Agency or Berislav Jelinić, a journalist, who came across this information while surfing the Internet and believed it to be true although it came from an anonymous commentator?

Those were the attempts to discredit me followed by “lujka“s provocative comment:

@45.- here is the precise information. Josip Buljević has been touring South America for 2 weeks now. He spent most of the time in the Croatian Embassy in Buenos Aires where the scandal, similar to the one in Portugal, broke. The Embassys employees have reported how Buljević introduced the reign of terror, verbally abused them, and even suggested the polygraph testing for the ambassador’s bodyguard. At the same time, he was frequently seen dining with Rojnicas closest relatives and friends!

“lujka”, 29/04/2007, (16:46), comment on post “Tomislav Karamarko and Tihomir Oresković

- for comment: read H.L. from the first half of the last year (Perković is on the front cover). The article is under the headline “I didnt order immigrants killings”, signed by Tomislav Drić. The attempt was to grant amnesty to-free Perković from any responsibility for mass killings of Croats that took place abroad. Those killings were planned and helped by the State security service which was, for many years, run by the above mentioned Josip Perković.
This article is interesting for the reason that it was signed by Tomislav Drić who was Perkovićs associate in Zagreb..
eljko has also mentioned Maks Manfreda, UDBA member, who testified in the court when Sindičić was tried for murdering Bruno Buić. However, he didnt mention professor of TIPSS and Marxism, a former police officer, who used to fuss about Bruno and send reports on him to the Split UDBA. What a coincidence! He also writes for H.L. that ran the article with the reconstruction of associates net from the professionals (J.P.s) memory. Do you know whose name was deleted from that associates list in H.L.? The name of Ante Ivković from “Vjesnik”, Marijačićs journalists mentor and protector, who was also SDS and KOS associate.

As far as Ivan Bandić is concerned, you should look into who is behind him, who gave him the permission for an interview in Globus one year ago (here I dont refer to J.P.). Those people, more than anyone, are against any kind of lustration.

“lujka”, 11/04/2007,21:37, comment on post “Mark Cigoj defending Ivan Bandić

To sum up, they wanted to discredit me by ingratiating themselves with me and denouncing colleagues from “Hrvatski list”, about whom, except Tomislav Jelić, I dont have some positive opinion.
With regards to these provocative acts, I hove come into possession of some other evidence which I will not disclose for the time being.

As far as “Antimon”, reported by CNN to be one of Agencys nicks, is concerned, I couldnt find his posts. However, I presume that we are probably talking about hate speech aimed at Bosniaks (mentioning terms such as “balija” and “bastards”, disparaging Karamarkos wife Enisas family and insulting eljko Malnar, co-founder of Karamarkos company “Soboli” etc.), in comments on post “Bosniaks quota in SOA”. I deleted those comments after being warned by Nemanja alias Kapetan Kuka that, in the name of freedom of speech, I mustnt allow hate speech

I think that Ostojićs parliamentary board and its Council will be rather busy. Heres to them! If these posts turn out to be, and they can be checked by tracing logs, Agencys posts, then those are the offences for which SOA chief, Tomislav Karamarko, as well as the general state attorney Mladen Bajić, who allegedly approved of such activities, will have to be accountable for.
They will not pass Euro-Atlantic integrations “lustration” and that is why I am the obstacle or State enemy no. 1 – in approaching the integrations.

Karadić and Karamarko

Karadić and Karamarko

Croatian secret services have one more additional argument when claiming that they did not know where Ante Gotovina was when he was searched for by the Hague court and when that was the reason why the European Union was blocking negotiations with Croatia. Now, I can say it openly: we did not even know that Radovan Karadić was spending his time in Čiovo and you can trust us when we say that we would want to catch him!

Who knows whether one should be completely confident of that? Croatian and Serbian leaders were involved in trading all sorts of things in Bosnia and Herzegovina; Radovan Karadić, together with Ivica Rajić, could have been protected by someone from the Croatian secret services while he was soaking himself in the Croatian Adriatic Sea.

The fact that Radovan Karadić was entering and leaving Croatia whenever he wanted, that he was preparing to go back to Split where he could witness Sanader’s famous rally to save Mirko Norac or some of the Pope’s visits to Dalmatia, is evidence of what sorts of secret services, paid from our taxes, we have.

It is scary if they did know that and even worse if they were entirely unaware of that fact. At that time they were rather busy and had their priorities such as following, prosecuting, intimidating and harassing journalists. Detention of eljko Peratović, confiscation of his work tools, obstruction of employment opportunities; blackmailing Helena Puljiz; breathing down Drago Hedls neck and intimidating him with the data collected by wiretapping Feral; stalking Pavelić, Đikić, Malić, Čičak and Butković -stalking them but not Karadić.

It has been 53 days that somebody beat up and tried to kill journalist Duko Milju. It is futile to expect those agencies to help the police not to find a person who did that to Duko Milju, but the person who ordered that the person who is evidently involved in subversive activities against the constitutional order in Croatia. Similarly, we have been waiting for 2884 days for them to say, not who murdered the Hague witness Milan Levar ( because they know that but the evidence do not find their way to the court), but again, who ordered it. Those would be the pieces of information for which they are paid. Instead of that, those agencies prosecute the information for which you pay.

Legal lack of rights more dangerous than the illegal one

The situation is much more dangerous than I anticipated: some entirely impermissible actions in Croatia are not illegal but completely legal.

Violation of human and professional rights caused by the breach of law is definitely dangerous. However, the system has in-built mechanisms that are used to resist that and prosecute perpetrators. Violation of human and professional rights that is in accordance with the law is much more dangerous since it is an indicator that the system has in-built mechanisms that are favourable to such behaviour. It is similar to Stalin’s Soviet Union which had one of the most liberal constitutions in the world but, according to it, it was not illegal to put people, mostly communists, into concentration camps nor was it against the law to lock people up, primarily smarter ones, in mental hospitals.

Peratović case: Council for Civil Supervision of Security Intelligence agencies held the opinion that, pursuant to Article 113 of the Act on Security and Intelligence system of the Republic of Croatia, it is entirely legal to detain and harass a citizen who is in this case a journalist. It is also legal to seize his work tools, such as computers with saved archives, and keep them for a longer period, suspect him of revealing state and military secrets without any foundation, and, in accordance with the above mentioned, it is utterly unfounded to doubt that his basic human and professional rights were violated by the above described procedures. Consequently, working independently and keeping your own archive and using it in Croatia is not regarded as basic human and professional rights if civil servants do not like what you do or how you do it.

Violation of human and professional rights that is in accordance with the law is very dangerous since it is an indicator that the system has in-built mechanisms that are favourable to such a behaviour

The matter in case is the petition of eljko Peratović, an investigative journalist, which he submitted to the Council for Civil Supervision of Security Intelligence agencies and the parliamentary Board for Internal Politics and National Security. In the petition, he asked for the protection of his human and professional rights. However, the petition, as we have seen, was rejected.

As Freedom House reported, Peratović’s detention, together with breaking into Gordan Malić’s apartment and death threats directed at Robert Valdec, was mentioned as the reason why Croatia was placed at the 78th place of the world chart of media freedom. It should be also mentioned that the Croatian journalists’ association supported its member’s petition. The HND say that from the alleged SOA document which was released follows that the SOA was incriminating Peratović for his writing.

eljko Peratović was professionally investigating the murder of Milan Levar, a witness to war crimes, and the obstruction of the investigation of Levar’s murderers for which he suspected the members of security-intelligence system.

Moreover, the non-denied analysis conducted by the SOA which dealt with Peratović’s work was released and it confirmed that the SOA “was decreasing damage” by infiltrating into the media space, making comments on blogs and other Internet pages.

Naturally, it would not be for the first time that some state secret service was spreading (mis)information – it is also happening in Italy where the military espionage had a special department whose purpose was to misinform and slander but that certainly is not the purpose for which citizens finance the service. In a decent world, it would be a shame and not the reason for earning salary and deserving a medal.

Pukanić case: The police, its internal control and one parliamentary board found that there was nothing illegal in preventing a citizen from informing journalists about something by using force, including handcuffs. The same citizen was then taken to a psychiatric hospital, where she does not belong in terms of the place of residence. The usual doctor’s procedure or any medical basis (as it was established by the follow-up specialist check-up) were lacking. The citizen was kept there under coercion for days.

This is naturally the case of Mirjana Pukanić.

The question is what her destiny would be like if the Croatian Helsinki Committee, a non-government organization, did not get involved. Unlike it, state authorities, as we have heard, were acting in accordance with the law.

The freedom of media is naturally the main goal of those legal but impermissible procedures but it is not the main victim. What is more endangered is civil freedom itself. If we are to believe the authorities that say that the law in Croatia enables and justifies pressures and threats to freedom that eljko Peratović and Mirjana Pukanić suffered then it means that any of you, ladies and gentlemen, who voted for those who passed such laws and who pay taxes in order to finance all of that, can legally find himself in the same situation.

So I suggest once more to, from former editorial stuff, try to find out directly what kind of worker I was.

It is true that in Feral Tribune on 22 July 2005. was published big interview with Pavle Gazi, which I signed, and that I didn’t have written approval for that.
Also, I must remind, that in my declarations to Empolyment council from 28 July and to You, as a President of the board since 3 August, I have pointed out all circumstances how it came to that I have behaved contrary to Working contract.
I consider that in those declarations, wishing to clear misunderstandings, cleared enough circumstances because of which I made mistakes, and the copies of the same I send to you again.

From your Explanation I don’t see that you during making decision about my Irregular dismissal, consulted my declarations at all, and that you even give untruth states that I have denied to defense myself.

The truth is that I couldn’t come on conversation with Mr Ivica Kriletic in Juridicial service on 1 August, because I was on sick leave, what he knew personally, because he, from hands of my brother, Mladen Peratovic, got doctor’s note of excuse. Also, at that time, my doctor recomended me avoiding contacts with stress factors, and my medical condition was in great part result of mobbing which I have experienced in editorial office, so my brother instead of me gave the note of excuse.

Ms. Gordana Tintor

My defense I gave to Employment council (Working council) in written form on 28 July, my witness for that was colleague Gordana Tintor from the council. She asked from me, in front of council, to give special declaration also to You, what I have done in written form on 3 August and have sent by fax.

So, it is not truth the state in Explanation that I have defaulted on call to give my defense, what except colleague Tintor, can also confirm other witnesses.
Considering that this kind of Irregular dismissal can be interpreted as finish of process of mobbing, which was done towards me in time of this Management and former chief editor, Andrea Latinovic, latest since September 2004. till now, I suggest to put this resolution out of order.

The editor Marijana Matkovic, whom on 22 July I informed about serious death threats, which I reported to police the same day, told me that Management and editorial office got for perusal my Suggestion of settlement to State attorney’s office of Croatia, connected with POA case. She didn’t pay attention on the fact that I got death threats, but she pointed out that in Management and editorial office were very furious with me when they saw that I have in Suggestion of settlement described mobbing in Vjesnik, and that after that interview in Feral I would get Irregular dismissal for sure.

This is another proof which would go in favour of thesis that my dismissal in Vjesnik was preparing earlier than I made a mistake with interview in Feral.
Moreover, I don’t have the information whether Management was legaly informed about the contents of my Suggestion of settlement and what was said about the contents which were related to Vjesnik.

Because of all this mentioned, I suggest to the Management to examine once more the resolution about Irregular dismissal and to put it out of order.

In Zagreb, 29th August 2005.

Hrvoje Petrac is a big hole in Action plan

Exactly on 10.07.2004. in Vjesnik, under title: NOBODY WANTS TO BE CONNECTED WITH HRVOJE PETRAC, I published:

By the latest unofficial informations, Hrvoje Petrac is hiding in Greece for kidnaping general Vladimir Zagorac’s son, where recently, totaly unofficialy was one person from the top of OA.

That person was Sasa Perkovic, at that time, assisstant of chief of POA, Damir Loncaric, and today he is advisor of President Stjepan Mesic for national security, else son of Josip Perkovic, the most powerful Croatian spy, for whom Bozo Vukusic says that he is under German investigation about murder of Stjepan Djurekovic.

Sasa Perkovic, while he was in Greece, had a little car accident, his official car war damaged, what caused little problems with police, because Perkovic junior was there unofficialy, that means, he was not registrated with domestic authorities, so contrariwise to international diplomatic-intelligence regulations. And OA at that time didn’t have in Greece no accreditted intelligence attache in embassy in Athens.

Considering that Sasa Perkovic, during first Petrac’s escape to police in 2001., together with Ranko Ostojic, former chief of police, visited Hrvoje near Villach, after what the controverse tycoon appeared in Zagreb and gave statement to the police in Heinzlova Street that he had nothing with murder of Vjeko Slisko, it was not difficult to conclude that assisstant of chief of OA stayed in Greece to conntact with Petrac.

Conntacts of Ranko Ostojic and Sasa Perkovic during first escape with Petrac, later a few months ago, described Ivo Pukanic, as it could be considered as Petrac’s warning.

Through Pukanic also was warned chief of POA, Tomislav Karamarko by information in which was claimed that Karamarko, at the beginning of 90-ties, by intervention of Damir Loncaric, became subtenant at Alica Petrac, that means Petrac’s.

That authorities knew all the time where was heading now arrested tycoon, as they knew Matekovic’s moving, and they surely knew where Gotovina was, confirmed also my another text in Vjesnik from 26th July 2004.:Will Petrac after surrender go to hospital? (on croatian at this link):

Hrvoje Petrac, businessman after whom is Interpol’s APB because of accusation that he participated in kidnaping of retired general Vladimir Zagorac’s son, and to whom was prohibited entering in countries of EU, because there were suspicions that he helped runaway general Ante Gotovina, could be back to Croatia these days.

The source from judicial circles said for Vjesnik that about that case are informed in Supreme state attorney’s office and Ministry of police, and these days in those institutions are held consultations about the model of Petrac’s surrender…

Vjesnik’s source claims that persons close to Hrvoje Petrac about new diagnosis conntacted with authorized doctors in Zagreb’s hospitals Sestre milosrdnice (Sisters of mercy) and Sveti duh.

For Petrac the staying abroad was made worse, not only because of Interpol’s APB, but also because of decision of Union, which prohibited entering in countries members.

Those consultations were in Kuniscak (Intelligence Agency), in office of Damir Loncaric, and there were supposedly Principal state attorney, Mladen Bajic, highly ranked person in Ministry of police, Vladimir Faber and some of doctors from mentioned hospitals.

After publishing this text, Faber travelled half-incognito out of country.

But then there was no Petrac’s surrender, and I found out that attorney, Milenko Umicevic, is very interested in my writing.

As in Greece were held Olympic Games, because of danger of many securities, Hrvoje Petrac transfered himself to Israel. Supposedly later he was moving between Israel, Greece, Turkey, Malta and Croatia.

When this year in April, journalists close to chief of POA, Tomislav Karamarko said that Hrvoje Petrac was in Israel, and that he would be arrested any moment, spoke President Mesic, who was often connected with runaway tycoon, and what I registrated in text:Mesic’s campaign of support to Petrac (on croatian at this link):

By Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, to runaway tycoon condemned on six years of prison for kidnaping of general Zagorac’s son, the trial should be repeted, because he was condemned in absence.
Asked about informations that Hrvoje Petrac was in Israel, Mesic said that great suspicions that he was exactly there, but that was not for sure.
Besides, he emphasized, that there were no evidences that Petrac was involved in financing escape or staying of general Gotovina abroad.
I haven’t seen any evidence, there are only suspicions, said Mesic, emphasizing that Petrac should come to Croatia.
He said that Petrac was condemned in absence, and the trial should be repeted after his arrival.

Because of all that, I personaly don’t believe that actual arrests of Ico Matekovic and Hrvoje Petrac are result of some serious work of our police and secret services and cooperation with their international partners, as Principal state attorney, Mladen Bajic, and President Stjepan Mesic claim, or it is about serious achievments of Action plan, which should fascinate Carla Del Ponte and Ministers of foreign affairs in EU.

First, it is only matter of actions of government, for which was enough only political will, which wasn’t there before.

Second, in repeted trial, which was announced by President Mesic, when he was hoping that Ivica Crnic would stay the President of Supreme court (which decides about repeted trial or cancellation of first instance verdict) Hrvoje and Novica Petrac, also as Ico Matekovic, could be liberated. It is enough that three convicts, who didn’t appeal on verdicts in repeted trial as witnesses change their testimonies and all evidences against the three mentioned are wasted.

Unofficialy there are speculations that Ico Matekovic pull chain with Hrvoje Petrac and that all guilt for kidnaping of Zagorac’s son will put on him, and based on that those who believe in honest intentions and professional moves of government, will think that Hrvoje Petrac will stay in prison really for a long time.

Partly those speculations have basis in statements of Djurdja Matekovic, who said that her sons came to protect her from Petrac’s and Zagorac’s men. On that way Djurdja Matekovic confirmed that she knew that Ico was in Croatia, but she revealed unintentionally, that other two sons, condemned on less years in prison, were also in country.

That Petrac could put Matekovic under pressure can be read from text of Dean Sinovcic, in these weeks Nacional, who wrote, among other things, that during las six months Zagorac’s telephone has been tapped, and in one caught conversation, Ico Matekovic, supposedly said to Vladimir Zagorac that he owned him 750.000 of ransome for son.

Nevertheless, crime report experts from Zagreb’s coffee shop Kapuciner, say that was impossible that police tapped for last six months Zagorac’s telephone, in other words, if it was done by POA and really registrated that conversation, it can’t be evidence in court.

So, Ico Matekovic has no reason to worry and he doesn’t have to testify against Petrac.

Further, by death of Davorin Firis, disappeared only known evidence about connection of Hrvoje Petrac and Ante Gotovina.

Namely, USKOK recently found out that Davorin Firis, as a director of Petrac’s casino Vega concealed great amount of taxes, and there were doubts that money was used for financing escape of Ante Gotovina.

Firis recently died in suspicious car accident and through him can’t be any more connected Petrac and Gotovina.

So, President Mesic was a prophet when he said several months ago that he didn’t know about any evidences about their connections.

Why then Carla Del Ponte and Ministers of foreign affairs in EU should believe that Croatia is doing serious efforts on fulfilling Action plan which final goal is deliver Ante Gotovina in Haag?!

-Anyway, if you caught these two men so fast, we don’t believe that you are not capable to do that with Gotovina, is the most possible answer that will come from Carla and EU Ministers.

And as sources close to ICTY say that Haag’s court is not fascinated by Osjek’s investigation of war crimes in 1991/92., that is, they are not interested in swop Branimir Glavas for Ante Gotovina.

Investigation of German police and judicature for murder of well-known Croatian emigrant Stjepan Djurekovic in 1983. in Mnchen, which was organised by Yugoslav secret police, didn’t stop on recent arrest of former Yugo-agent Krunoslav Prates. Vukusic reveales in front of German police these days gave testimony again Boze Vukusic, who did it once, together with president of HSP, Anto Djapic, considering that Djapic’s uncle was also murdered in Germany. Vukusic revealed to us that investigation is on against Josip Perkovic , former chief of Yugoslav Service of state security and former assisstant of Minister of defense, whose son Sasa is today advisor for national security of President Stipe Mesic.

Zvonimir Despot, Večernji list, 31. 08. 2005.

There has passed more than month and a half since I was rejected in Vjesnik to publish a text on this theme, in which only Josip Perkovic of all called interlocutors (Josip Boljkovac, Josip Manolic and Pavle Gazi gave statements) refused to give statement what he thought about doubts on his account.

Perkovic called me on 12th July, when text didn’t come out, and merely informed me that the day before, when I called him and left him messages on answering machine, just ran out of battery in mobile phone, so he didn’t hear me.

He suggested to meet him in couple of days with one journalist (who would probably be guarantee that he would not make threats again or a witness that he didn’t make threats to me), because he needs time to remember things from 1992., and that all are KOS’s frauds of Branko Trazivuk, and Ivan Lasic

By Ivo Pukanic: Josip Perkovic and Ivan Lasic in Institute of state safety in Belgrade in 1986. in occasion of retiring of Predrag Djordjevic

Meanwhile in Globus was published text by Gordan Malic , in which case Djurekovic-Prates-Perkovic presented as conflict of German secret service with British.

Malic’s thesis was that German intelligence service put Perkovic under pressure, because it was known that Perkovic cooperated with British intelligence service in hunt on Gotovina.

Malic promote Josip and Sasa Perkovic as hunters on Gotovina, publishing parts of Turek’s presentation, concluding that two of them were also on Turek’s list of persons considered as cooperators of British intelligence service.

I thought that Turek was cleverer, but he put me also on the same list, and also Perkovic’s biggest public abnegator from lines of intelligence community, Dragutin Franciskovic.

Franciskovic even today claims that Susak and Perkovic made paralel commanding system in HV (Croatian army) which controlled, encouraged, non-processing… crimes and criminal acts in HV.

Only several years after celebration in Belgrade’s center of UDBA, Josip Perkovic became the right hand of Croatian Minister of defense, Gojko Susak. On the left in the picture with them is the third man of paralel commanding line, retired general Mate Lausic.

The results of Malic’s text are the following facts:

1. Sasa Perkovic suddenlly became advisor of President Mesic for national security.
2. Ranko Ostojic is a candidate for director of Slobodna Dalmacija.
3. The State attorney’s office didn’t acknowledge to me violated human rights in case Turek’s Presentation.
4. Dragutin Franciskovic is still dragging on courts with Globus, who is from pen of Gordan Malic and Igor Alborghetti declared for chief of intelligence underground, which disinforms Carla Del Ponte that Ante Gotovina is in Croatia. In that text Malic and Alborghetti called themselves upon evidences of POA, which were collected by Franjo Turek. They didn’t mention Perkovic as a part of that underground.

And here is the text from Vjesnik which Andrea Latinovic, without any explanation, refused to publish (she probably realised if she talks more, she only accumulates arguments against herself) , and which initiated that Franjo Maletic, director of Vjesnik dismiss me: Djurekovic’s murder and Friedrich Zimmermann

Despot in Vecernji list speculates that possible trial to Josip Perkovic for participating in murder of Stjepan Djurekovic might be in Croatia, because our country does not deliver its citizens (except to ICTY).

I doubt that our judicature could handle such burden.

Josip Perkovic, Celestin Sardelic, Miroslav Separovic and Igor Dolanc, propose a toast at the and of 1999. on opening of Separovic’s attorney office. Josip Perkovic is even today in great relations with influential HDZ person in area of judicature, former Minister of judicature and chief of HIS (Croatian Information Service), Miroslav Separovic.

Domagoj Margetic & ICTY

AMAC forum put me on banner. The most important thing is that they on those their stupid pages advertise Domagoj Margetic, who was, by my source in POA’ s top, together with Anto Roso, in mediating mission in Office of Minister of justice, Vesna Skare Ozbolt, and who sends her constantly SMS messages.

Domagoj Margetic and Ivica Filipovic, from Ante Roso’s Croatian Republicans, in the action

I was also told that by highly-ranked source in POA, because that agency at the moment supervising all available communications in Croatia. The good thing is that, supposedly Tomislav Karamarko, from his firm Soboli (from which at the moment he transfered co-ownership on third person) transfered and private system for surveillance of electronic communications and experts for the same, on Ivan Baketa.

Domagoj Margetic’s helper in arranging the web site is former Vjesnik’s research reporter (something like Djordje Licina) the expert for ustasha emigration, he was reporting, among other things, from Sweden about murder of YU ambassador , Vladimir Rolovic, and later alleged external coworker of Markica Rebic, certain Mario Profaca.

Ante Damjanovic ( with beard, sits behind his bestman Tihomir Blaskic) in 1996. was arrested by SIS, because he supposedly wanted to hide the documentation which could help his bestman in defense on ICTY. Damjanovic was in 2000. advisor of Minister of defense for security, Jozo Rados, then he worked in RH Alan, and today he is the main role of the book Blaskic conspiracy by Jasna Babic, and he has a private business. On book promotion ceremony he was praised very much by Ivo Zanic.

Supposedly once Ante Damjanovic, bestman of Tihomir Blaskic, gave one part of stenogram from closed meeting of Blaskovic’s trial. It is almost unknown that investigators of Haag’s judge at the end of 90-ties called on responsibility Profaca, because he published that secret part of the trial on his web pages.

Mario Profaca

After that, Profaca in written form told to Markica Rebic, the chief of SIS (counter intelligence military agency) in charge for obstruction of cooperation with ICTY, and about which he talked with investigators of ICTY and that he supposedly made fools of them.

That his written report to Markica Rebic was sent to Haag recently by Mladen Bajic, because Carla Del Ponte asked for documents about obstruction of arrestment of Ahmic’s group. That’s why Mario Profaca and those like him, mentioned in this text, often sing Balasevic’s rhyme: I follow you as Udba you are my destiny…

Comments

Dear colleague Peratovic
I don’t know which are your motives for writing absolutely nonsense about me, but in this way I deny everything that you wrote about me on your pages and your blogs during several last months. I don’t know if behind your lies and constructions is Vesna Skare Ozbolt? Or somebody else from executive power? May turn out to be useful to ask whom do you work for? You allow yourself to call by name lots of us journalists and ask the same. I’m in the service of truth, till you and those like you serve yet decades to truth by duty. This is my first and last denial on your pages, and to attorney group representing me I gave instructions for consideration of law charge for slander and emerged damage against you, so I hope that you will be able to prove on court all your claims said on your web. Otherwise I think that each journalist should be faced with consequences for publishing lies, untruth, constructions or disinformations. With all respect, Domagoj Margetic, the journalist (Domagoj Margetic 08.08.2005. 23:58)

Dear Sir Margetic, (I don’t have intention to call you a colleague one of us certainly don’t belong in journalism by no criterion) considering your review on 45 lines, I don’t consider as a denial, (it is not clear to me what did you deny of this what is said on your account, except what you said that everything was a lie, and announced a law charge) I’m free to expain to readership my impression about your media work , reminding on lie. A conversation, several months ago, about supposing destruction of your book about President of Croatia, Stjepan Mesic, in which you , among other things, confirmed to me your acquaintance with Tomislav Karamarko (chief of POA) and Ivan Jarnjak (President of Parliament Committee for internal politics and national security). As you know, that conversation wasn’t made, and you because you communicate with chief of POA, please call him and ask him why. So, I wanted to say, that my employer is not Tomislav Karamarko, or Markica Rebic, or others domestic or foreign spies, (French, English, American, German…, whoever) so maybe now is clearer why I don’t think of you as my colleague and because of what I will gladly pay attention on your work in medias, which I consider suspected for journalism, and if you want, also national interests. Till reading (Zeljko, 14.08.2005. 23:51)

Brigadier General Markica Rebic (right) and spies lawyer Veljko Miljevic (left)

Due honourable colleague Peratovic,
you are full of hate and anger for somebody or something, so I as a believer recomend a prayer to you to achieve spiritual peace and stop to hate everything around you. Concerning my or your work, the best would be to look what is about you said in objective foreign medias, and not what write mercenaries in Croatia about me. This is the text wrote by objective foreign journalists about you: http//washingtontimes.com/upi-breaking/20050113-041835-4514r.htm Just to be known, please, pray a lot, and hate less. Domagoj Margetic (16.08.2005. 11:07)

Dear Margetic, that you are a journalist it could be said, also that you are a bad journalist, because you didn’t notice that those frauds are linked on 45 lines in very right corner under title Links on forums and other nets sites on which is disscusing about themes interesting for 45 lines. Those who follow events on 45 lines for a longer time, would confirm to you that that links were there since th ebeginning of blog. That even can Mate Basic confirm to you. So, I don’t hide that frauds, but I work on uncovering who were assisstants who put them together, and who were masters who made them. Somehow I feel that you on the beginning of that campaign was not helper of assasstant, what doesn’t mean that I will stop following your public appearance and declarations. Till reading, (Zeljko, 16.08.2005. 21:48)

Dear Peratovic, I wish very best to you in your life, and I will pray that hate in you disappear, which obviously eats you alive. I don’t have any attention to insult you, as you do all the time, whether you are a good or bad journalist. I think that our readers give the final tevaluation about that. Thanks to God, I can walk through my town and look in the eyes everyone I meet. My neighbours also respect me, acquantainces and friends. And there are those others with whom I alway chat and exchange opinions. I don’t want to judge as you do, I leave that to God. But I see, dear Zeljko, that you are full of hate, and I honestly say that I will pray for that. I understand you, I forgive you all untruths and lies that you wrote about me. Domagoj Margetic (Domagoj Margetic 16.08.2005. 23:21)
